These terms govern your use of the audioFirst website and app, operated by Agonist Development AB (Sweden). By using audioFirst you agree to them.

1. The service

audioFirst is an audio-first spaced-repetition study tool. The product is under active development; features may change, and pre-launch access (waitlist) does not guarantee availability.

2. Acceptable use

Use audioFirst lawfully. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the study material you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.

4. Intellectual property

The audioFirst name, design, and software are owned by Agonist Development AB. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" while in development, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
